hey all...just got my SDII30 today, and I am floating!!!

this thing is awesome, best gear purchase I have ever made.

I do have a question though, one of my output tubes is not glowing, and is cool as a cuke...normal? or problem? have an email in to cust service (and a phone call) but have heard nothing yet...
